The snow in Aspen is falling again with plenty of Colorado Champagne Powder in the last week alone! It's been snowing nearly everyday since the beginning of December and there doesn't seem to be and end in sight!  Looks like it's going to be another banner year here in the Aspen/Snowmass area, so break out the boots, boards (and poles), and make your  plans for Aspen Gay Ski Week 2009.

This year, Aspen XXXII - Fire & Ice (our 32nd anniversary celebration) starts on January 11, 2009 and promises to be one of the BEST Gay Ski Weeks in recent memory!  We've got a palette of events that will knock your socks off and blow you away. 

The theme for our 32nd anniversary: Dress as Prince or characters in his entourage for "Purple Reign," The Prince tribute band on Thursday night.  The weekend heats up with the SnowBall on Friday night and the infamous pool party on Saturday night (think waterslide, hot tubs, a DJ, a lazy river, and libations).  That's just the tip of the iceberg; visit our website for the complete schedule.

We've got a brand new host hotel - The Limelight Lodge in Aspen, which has a few rooms still available. Book Now. We'll have the usual slate of dinners, après ski events and parties, including the now infamous Pool Party on Saturday night at The Aspen Recreation Center, which promises to again be THE highlight of Aspen Gay Ski Week.  See if you can make it all the way down the waterslide without spilling a drop of your martini!
