Thank you Tignes, you were marvelous. But after three fabulous years we are moving the European Gay Ski Week to a new Resort and Ski area. We would like to thank all the people and businesses of Tignes (and Espace Killy) who made us so welcome and by doing so, helped us grow the European Gay Ski Week into what it has now become, but now we feel its time for a change.. |

All this weather, right across Europe tons of snow, even the UK got snowed in for a couple of days, great wasn’t it, well actually , it was a bit of a nuisance really, but didn’t it just make you wish for the mountains and Skiing. So off we went out to Tignes, just to check that the snow's ok for skiing, after 3 days of surveying the pistes we decided it was. In fact it was fabulous, with probably one of the best base's there's been in the last 10 years and as a result we'd guess this seasons going to be right up there with the best!!. Also while we were there we also pulled together all the final details for the Parties. And its really coming together. For this year's European Gay Ski Week we already have more than twice as many people booked than actually came to our last event and we still have over 6 weeks to go…Its gonna be huge!!! Plus we have 5 of the greatest gay superclubs putting together some pretty amazing parties in and around the resort of Tignes. |

The bookings for European Gay Ski Week are up on last year by 150%. There will be hundreds of gay people and their friends’ descending on Tignes, for what is promising to be, without doubt, the not-to-be missed gay ski and snowboard event of this winter. More accommodation has been added and there is a drinks special. |

Massive reduction on the new Grand Luxe 4**** hotel of Val Claret: Les Suites du Névada Jonathon and Olivier have just been down in Tignes sorting out some great deals for this seasons European Gay Ski Week and will be writing with some more details later this week, but have one thing which they just have to tell you about straight away!! |

Following the success of ManMountain last year in Solden, France's Happy Gay Ski Week, invited ManMountain to join them in Tignes for 2008. The combination of ManMountain and The Happy Gay Ski Week proved more successful that anyone imagined possible, gathering together hundreds of gay people and creating the first truly successful Pan European Gay Ski Week.
From 21st - 28th March 2009, Tignes will be hoisting the rainbow flag and welcoming ManMountain and the Happy Gay Ski week who in association with Tignes tourism are combining their resources to create The European Gay Ski Week. |
